I've been a long time client and I have only great things yo say and experiences with this amazing company.

She is a great person to be treated by however her office manner is extremely poor...She told me she would get my sons services covered and never heard a thing back, no phone calls no bills NOTHING...Until today when a COLLECTION AGENCY called me to collect the outstanding balance??? Seriously??? This is how you run your business? Tell people to you will get everything covered and then have ZERO contact with them and send them to collections? WOW not an acceptable way to treat your clients!! Very very disappointing and disgusting.ADDITIONALLY..Interestingly enough as I remember it, I had money in hand that day ready to pay for the service as I knew my sons insurance coverage ran out but it was you who insisted you would see what to do to have it covered. After that I did not hear anything back from you....you say you mailed out invoices but we had moved...why not try CALLING?? You had 3 phone numbers on file (none of which have changed) but not once on any of those numbers where a call or any messages. When I worked in dental we actually attempted calling people THAT IS MAKING ENOUGH EFFORT"..Coming from the dental field I know better than most what efforts are expected......OR..Perhaps maybe I was being avoided as you offered me a job

I have been going to see Elaine annually for the past 4 years now and she is incredible. She is pleasant to deal with, very thorough and you never feel rushed. Best of all, when I leave, I don't feel like I have been chewing on razor blades for an hour. I just got my teeth cleaned for the year and I commented on how I could fall asleep in the chair with her working. She laughed and said it has happened and I am not the least bit surprised. Thanks Elaine if you read these reviews, you are a hidden gem in this area and I hope I can continue to see you for years to come.

This is where I go to get my teeth cleaned and also I have had a teeth whitening treatment here too. QDHC is run by Elaine De Vouge and she's a great dental hygienist. I like the consistency of always going to the same person for my teeth cleaning. I believe it is less expensive to go to an independent dental hygienist such as Elaine versus going to a dentist for teeth cleaning (my understanding is anywhere from 20 to 30%) and if you don't have a dental plan this is quite significant. This cost equation makes sense as there is no 'dentist middleman' overhead for the teeth cleaning. Of course if you need to see a dentist for cavities or whatever, Elaine will refer you to one. She has a great office at 417 Dundas with plenty of parking. She'll even play the music I want to hear.

My wife and I have been clients of Elaine De Vouge since she started her business and we keep going back because she is a great hygienist. She is always very thorough and professional, taking the time to do things right and never missing any procedure which are always up to date. Her approach is always friendly and she is always willing to discuss any concerns you might have. Also, if a dentist's services are required, she will coordinate her services perfectly with the dentist.

One of the best places I’ve been for dental cleaning in a very long time, she was very patient with me, as I am scared of dentists and anything that has to do with it, she explained everything as she went, I would highly recommend this place. Very pleasant experience and that’s saying a lot for me being at the dentist.
