I have used Pollard on a few homes and consider their quality good. I had a issue with one window and have had great support. Denise (Display Center Manager) and technical support person came to view the issue to correct it for us.

We met with Paul in the showroom and quickly decided on the style of window to use for our replacements. Within 24 he had an estimate out to us that was very reasonable.The windows were made exactly to our measurements that we provided and we were able to pick them up and install them ourselves.We are very pleased with the whole experience.Ken of Carlisle

After many many quotes, I finally asked Pollard Windows for a quote. The quote process was easy, professional and fast. I found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price(ish). Excellent work on that aspect.While waiting for the doors, I did call the company once about them and my phone call was returned immediately which I appreciated greatly.3 months later the doors were installed.They look amazing from the outside (this isn't a completed photo, The 2nd door handle has yet to go in in this photo, but it just looked so good I couldn't wait).From the inside though, I was disappointed that there is showing unfinished wood. Pollard windows has the worst customer support I've ever experienced and By far the worst quality windows and doors I've ever seen so far. There's always moisture build up on these windows and no shades or curtains on them to cause it. They are just extremely low quality garbage windows. The owner isn't bothered one bit by not providing any customer support for the terrible windows they sold.I've never seen a double hung window that can't be tilted in and rested down in order to clean the outside of them without breaking the window or damaging the frame. You have to hold the window at exactly 90 degrees with one hand and use the other to reach around and clean.The response I received from their customer support was to clean the windows from the outside or take them completely out of the frame to clean them. This is ridiculous!! Also the handle being on top of these windows makes it very difficult to reach once the window is slightly open. The screens take two people to install, one inside and one outside. That makes it very unsafe to do for the second story windows.The customer service doesn't seem to care to resolve any issues or respond to phone calls or emails.Very unhappy with these windows.picture shows instant damage while trying to clean windows and tilting slightly past 90 degrees while holding with one hand and somehow clean with the other. The bottom sash tilts more than 90 degrees and rests on the window sil as it should. The top one does not and it doesn't specify or warn anywhere on these windows that the top doesn't function like a normal window should. Now the frames are damaged on the majority of my windows and pollard windows doesn't seem to care at all.

We were impressed with Pollard Windows excellent crew of 2 guys to install a dozen replacement window panes at our home. They were friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home as they removed their work boots each entry, cleaned up all debris inside and out. They even offered helpful information on home maintenance. We truly found out the depth of Pollard Windows, and their service people, when there was a problem as they were quick to detect a slight imperfection in one of the window npanes. They quickly made arrangements for a new window pane, which they subsequently replaced about a week later. We could not have asked for better service. We had telephoned Pollard specifically to complement them on their service crew. and we were given the option to complete this review which we are more than happy to do!

I should have posted this review a while ago but felt conflicted. By far Pollard was the best priced from all the quotes we received but of course that comes with a hidden cost! Lack of Quality and workmanship.First delays 2 months past the original install date and after waiting they install the the door and frame but the door is scratched and their solution is to use touch up paint, did not work ok solution replace door wait another few months for replacement installers come and guess what again door full of scratches! So back it goes and this happens another time so all in all did not have a proper replacement for almost 6 months.After a few months of have our replacement door we decided to clean the door with water and a rag as there were marks on the door from what we thought were from the their packaging so I tried wiping it and it would not come off so I applied a bit more pressure and after I was finished there were swirls and very noticeable. And of course now good luck with getting service! It's not their fault about their quality but it is my fault!Door keeps creeking and making noise I apply wd40 and solves the issue for a few weeks then comes back. I get told that nothing they can do and basically get told it's my problem.At the end of the day I will never buy anything from Pollard again and when ppl ask for a recommendation I tell them my my experience and to stay away.

Contracted Pollard Windows in November 2022 to replace a number of glass window panels located at my home. Spoke to Jody ( scheduler) who worked with me to find a date and time that fitted my schedule. The crew that attended ( Sam and James ) did a GREAT job! They were on time, professional and cleaned up their work space in each room. Have already highly recommended their services to a friend in Burlington. Exceptional experience.

Our purchase of a front room bow window was our first Pollard Windows purchase. At the store and subsequent home visit Alex provided all the information we asked about as well as technical information we did not know to ask. The visit was followed 2 weeks later with a home visit by contractor Bob. Very pleasant and knowledgeable taking time to ask questions and make recommendations based on his expertise over 20 plus years with Pollard. Window was installed 4 weeks later by Bob and Stan. Both were very friendly, entertaining, informative and clearly skilled about the installation process, offering suggestions and explanation of what was happening, particularly when decayed framing under the bow window being replaced was discovered. As a result of this experience we intend to replace other windows and doors later this year. Thanks to Alex, Bob and Stan.

We contacted Pollard after a neighbour had a positive experience with Pollard windows when they did all of their windows and recommended them . We had an excellent experience with Pollard. My spouse and I are both very happy with our windows and new doors as well as Bob and his team for the installation ! We already have plans to use Pollard again ! The price was very fair.

Recently had a window broken on my house. The builder thought the window came from Pollard. Called them to see if they can help with a replacement. Ended up being that my window was not even made by Pollard however the lady I was speaking to (Jody) was so helpful anyhow.. she's the one who showed me where to find the manufacturer of the window, she returned my voicemail promptly. And whenever I called back with more questions she really seemed like she wanted to help. She helped me like I was a customer! Definitely an asset to Pollard! Thanks
