Verdun Windows and Doors

The patio door and master bedroom window have yet to be installed and will be in about 28 weeks. I have dealt with Verdun in the past and have been extremely pleased with their product and services. Paul Gordon, the sales rep that I dealt with is very professional and and helpful. I highly recommend Verdun and Paul.

Riley and his team from Verdun Windows did a fantastic job at installing our new windows. They were very professional and proficient and Riley kept us informed throughout the process. Our new windows are gorgeous, especially the sliders which have opened up our kitchen so much and allows the light to flood in. We just had a lovely custom Verdun patio door installed by Vlad & Valentin yesterday and they did a wonderful job. Even after our record setting snow, they were here early and once the door showed up, they had it perfectly installed in less than 4 hours. We have had many doors and windows by Verdun and they've always provided a quality product and service at a reasonable price. Great local company!

Would not recommend.It took 14 months from the point of giving our deposit to installation. Given the pandemic, we were willing to look past that. They installed three windows today and I am so disappointed with their service. Most of the screens were not installed properly, the windows are absolutely filthy, they got caulking on the walls and the floor, and they left big black marks on our hardwood floors. There are also windows where the seal is bulging and coming away from the window, so they are obviously not well manufactured.Considering the price we paid (almost $4,000 for three windows) I was expecting more pride in their work. Will not be purchasing from them in the future and would not recommend.

I ordered my door about 6 months ago. Pam was great and came to visit well after to answer supplemental questions I had. Verdun's emails letting me that they hadn't forgotten about me were hilarious. The emails started with, your door is coming!!! Followed with ... In 200 or so days!! Finally installation today! Woohoo.Very professional and friendly installers. Answered questions with respect and were very efficient. Covered floors and were in and out in less than 2 hours. Showed up at 7am on the dot. I was extra impressed that they verified seals on doors and that locks worked properly before they left. I had some questions about window weather stripping and they were happy to oblige with answers. Happy customer.

Be careful before signing the contract with this company. They tell you that the waiting time is a maximum of 34 weeks and it is not true at all. I have been waiting for a year and there are still three windows that were installed with issues so I have to deal with warranty now. They stained my carpet and very poorly done caulking in several places. If you can, look for another company for your doors and windows.

Verdun Windows and Doors installers did a great job installing our beautiful new door. The installers paid attention to details and were efficient in having the job well done in a short time. The door is made of quality material and feels like top end product. We consider the door to be a good investment and a wonderful addition to our home. Well Done! We strongly recommend Verdun Doors and Windows.

I’m very happy with my new door and side light!First of all, the product is of highest quality and exactly what I was expecting in craftsmanship, look and functionality.Secondly, salesman Jeremy was attentive and straight forward. His ETA was dead on, no price change or surprises.Thirdly, Bogdan Marchuk and his assistant are super nice, professionals. From making sure new door was exactly what was ordered and immaculate, precisely fitted for smooth operation, new trim to match existing, nice caulking job and clean up of floors and entrance area. I was even offered my old door bell in case I wanted to use it but decided to get a wireless device so they eliminated the wires and voila, EXPERT JOB all around. Thank you to the whole team at Verdun!

Great business for Window and Door work. Their products are first class, sales people are knowledgeable and willing to listen to what we want.The installation crews are amazing. Fast, efficient, thorough and respectful of our home.We have dealt with Verdun a few times now and will do so again if/when we need any further upgrades.
