Ocean Dental

Amazing place with amazing staff! I have been going to Ocean Dental since I was a child. My whole family still goes there and now my children do as well and everyone treats you with so much kindness, remembers your name and details about your life from previous conversations, and basically just treats you like family. They have a beautiful office with amazing reclining chairs, TVs on the ceiling with headphones for you to wear to keep you entertained while they do whatever you are there for, and all the latest technology for scanning your teeth, etc. But the best thing I love about Ocean Dental is how they go above and beyond with each person. They get to know you and remember you and greet you by name when you come in. They do everything they can to make you comfortable and are AMAZING with kids. They even have a play area with toys and books to keep kids occupied while waiting. Highly highly recommend!

For forty years, I have enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Lyle Pidzarko . Dr. Lyle Pidzarko and his team have addressed all my dental needs with so much care and dedication! Well done!!

Been coming to this clinic for over 4 years. Friendly staff, the ambiance is comfortable, and clean and they provide world class service. I don’t dread going to the dentist since I’ve starting coming here. They don’t try to sell you procedures you don’t need. The hygienists, the dentists and the reception staff are all kind, and skilled. Highly recommend.

People at Ocean Dental clinic are really nice and friendly and dedicated. I had to take my little baby girl to my appointment. Both Doctor Poulad and his assistant treated patiently with my baby.

I don't want to share how amazing Ocean Dental is and in particular, Dr Poulad - because then it will be too difficult to get in! :) All joking aside, my entire family and now my brother's family, and now my mom, uncle and aunt are all patients of Dr Poulad and feel the same as I do - that he is an upstanding, friendly, honest and extremely proficient dentist. We trust him implicitly, and his expertise with our teeth. I would highly recommend him to anyone in Burnaby (or us in New Westminster!) looking for a dentist/dental practice to call home. Dr Poulad is also fantastic with children - patient, funny but also ensures they begin a lifetime of caring for their teeth and understanding the importance of dental hygiene. All of the dental hygienists and office staff are also wonderful. We look forward to many more years at Ocean Dental!

All the staff at Ocean Dental are truly awesome. From the front staff, to the assistants and doctor(s), everyone is so incredibly kind. I knew I would be in good hands when the patient intake form included how detailed I'd like my dental health to be communicated with me and what specific services I was looking for. The office is spectacular, clean, and comfortable to be in. I filled out that I'd like for my dental health to be communicated in detail and Dr. Poulad delivered! His assistant Alana and him work efficiently and meticulously while ensuring I'm comfortable with frequent check-ins. I informed both Dr. Poulad and Alana about my fear of needles for my procedure and they were so gentle. Thank you, Dr. Poulad, Alana, and Jamie :)

Great dentistry, been going there for about 5 years. I've been with multiple dentists and many hygienists, at ocean dental. Overall experience has always been around 9/10 mark. Facility has modern equipment, and all the comforts. Before trying Ocean dental , I've been to several other dentists, but the facilities or the professionalism was not on par. Overall consistently great personal experience, highly recommend.
