Superior Disaster Kleenup

Unfortunately, I recently experienced a home disaster involving raw sewage. However, I was fortunate enough to be taken care of by a company my insurance company referred for the clean-up. My experience with Superior Restoration of Cobourg has been ALL positive, right from the initial contact. They showed up within a few hours after the disaster on a Saturday of all days. They finished an initial clean-up of the site that day and then returned a few days later for the final clean-up and follow-up of the claim.The employees were at all times professional, courteous and respectful. They kept me informed as to the process and I knew my needs were being met. They were both thorough and competent at their job, in all aspects. I was very appreciative of their help.
