A B Appraisal Svc

If there were zero stars that would be more appropriate for these clowns. Did an appraisal on my property and tried to be structural engineer at same time. Do you guys have Super man x-ray vision as well to see thru walls and check out wiring as well. To make a long story longer i had to hire a structural engineer at $500 to disprove the assessment the clown did at my place. Also was told property value was 25% higher than the number they gave. I take it that was because of the claim inspector gadget gave the foundation was in disrepair. To add insult to injury I was billed $300 by the bank for an inaccurate evaluation. HIRE ANYBODY BESIDES THIS GROUP.
