I've been coming to BAMA for women's kickboxing for a couple of months now and it is such an inclusive and fun environment to be in. Shelley is a great instructor and always makes the classes fun! Being a woman with a disability is tough for a fitness class, but Shelley always modifies for me in such a way that it's still challenging but won't hurt me. I'd recommend this particular class to anyone who asks.

Highly Ranked Martial artists at this club with world class experience. They have multiple black belts and brown belts leading the way through our self defence, MMA and BJJ. Its the best club for young kids and adults alike.

I became a member in August of 2013, since joining I've evolved into a better version of myself. Without the great instructors and training partners I found at BAMA, my evolution would have never taken place.If you are looking for quality instruction in a friendly environment, BAMA is the right Academy to attend.

Amazing school with amazing instructors and students. When I first started I weighed 245 at 6' and now I'm down to a trim 205. If you're looking for a gym, then look no more. It's a great place to build confidence and challenge yourself in a positive atmosphere. I will be signing my kids up as well in September.

As a family, we've been members for 5+ years. There are many benefits to this club such as social interaction, fitness and fun. In addition, Brazilian Jujitsu, as an art, has a high learning curve and there is always more to accomplish and develop. Keep up the great work BAMA!!!
