5 star customer service like I've never had before. Today was the first time I have ever stepped into their shop, and I have only good things to say. They took a look at my bike immediately, with a smile on their faces. They fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and the price was, and let me be clear, the best I have ever seen. Without question, I would recommend this shop to literally anyone who needs bike work. When I left the shop, I asked them something along the lines of, why such good work, so quickly, for so cheap. His response, Customer service." That's a damn understatement. Professional and kind. First rate."

If u want one place to have your vehicle fixed,this is it, these guys are miracle workers,so much valuable exp. And super nice guys, totally cool atmosphere☺️☺️☺️☺️

Excellent mechanics, fair prices, and fantastic with older bikes. Daytona Motorsports literally refused to work on my girlfriend's 1991 Yamaha Radian. Cypress did great work re-jetting the carbs, changing chain and sprockets, installing new tires.The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they are occasionally difficult to get a hold of. There's two guys and when they're in the shop they don't answer the phone so you leave a message and wait for a call back. I would give 4 1/2 stars if possible as this is a minor idiosyncrasy and the quality of their work makes it worth it.

Giving 3 points as I was very surprized but a $232 plus bill for tire change. (I have never paid more than $120 for both tires). It was an emergency and I needed the to get tires replaced so they get 3 stars for that. They are a good shop for legacy machines since no one else is around to work on those. I wouldn't take a newer Beemer or Ducati there.

Good place, straight-forward advice and service. Dave (the tech) is AWESOME.

Knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to tune up the Carburetors and identify additional electrical issues on my classic 1981 Honda CB750F and have the engine running smoothly and powerfully.

I normally don’t post reviews on google, but after my experience so far with cypress motorcycle I wouldn’t feel right not sharing my experience.By far one of the best customer service experiences of any shop I have ever stepped foot in. Super nice staff, smiles and a very clean and organized shop.Moose was an awesome person to deal with, very professional on the phone and in person.I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else, and recommend this place to anyone looking for great service with knowledgeable trustworthy staff.Great job guys! What a great little place this is I would highly recommend it needed my front tire balanced really bad they got me in ASAP got me all balanced up gave me a great deal this is now my new favorite motorcycle shop
