Phil is a professional, courteous and very capable man and he and his Team can get it done whatever the task. We were ourselves referred by a friend to Phil and could not be happier with the results. Even in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic he was able to safely, cost effectively and politely get it done for us.I would HIGHLY recommend Phil for any Construction related tasks and we look forward to him being back in the Spring for some additional work we have as well. Constructive Improvements replaced our deck posts, rejuvenated our lower deck, and re-decked our upper deck with TimberTech Azek decking. Both Phil and Mike are true craftsmen paying close attention to the minutest detail. The results exceed my expectations.

I had an issue with water dripping inside my house through several windows when it rained. I called *four* different local contractors. Two never got back to me and one came and gave me a quote that was absolutely insane.Phil at Constructive Improvements came and made a real assessment based on what he saw and what I described. Rather than put a band-aid on the windows, he addressed the root-cause of the issue.Today's day in age I've found that contractors that actually get back to you, are honest, don't take advantage of homeowners are few and far between. Constructive Improvements is one of those companies.

We couldn’t be more delighted with our new roof. The reconstructed eaves are better and stronger than new, and all the issues with ventilation of the attic space have been corrected. The new black shingles and matching drip edge look spectacular. Constructive Improvements
I've had Phil work on three projects (remodeled bath, fireplace, custom trim work) and don't know that I would ever go anywhere else. He puts such care and attention into the work that the end product is a quality finish. If you get a quote and it seems a little higher than the other, don't doubt it. It will be worth every penny. I already have a few more projects in mind and Phil will be my first call.

Phil is one of the last honest contractors left. I used to have all kinds of issues with other guys, but after I went with Constructive Improvements it was like I hired family - I know I'm going to get quality work. I just called him for an HVAC issue, and he ran some diagnostics and got me up and running asap. He's quick, reliable, fair with pricing, and does A+ work.
