We decided to look into another insurance companies due to an increase in rates. We got Lynn's phone number from another client of hers. When I called her I was greeted wonderfully. I honestly felt we had been clients of hers for awhile when infact we just met. I told her our situation and she was quick to offer assistance. Within an hour I had a phone call back from her with our quote and the next day we were getting things started. We were very please with our service and it's nice to have an actual person to talk to and not have to call a 1-800 number and get random people.
