Today was a day before third lock down. The store offers variety of clothing and shoes . Gym clothing also available. Today store offered discount on all products. Luckily I got pajamas and shirts still expensive $ 60 pajama and$ 30 shirt. The store staff is knowledgeable and cooperative.Good shopping before lockdown on a chilly day.

Nathan and Brianna are a pleasure to deal with. There was an issue with an overcharge on my bill. Unfortunately, I noticed it after they closed their cash registers for the night. Since I was from out of town they told me to call back the next morning and they would resolve it for me, which they did over the phone! Great customer service and such friendly individuals to deal with! Highly recommend this location.

Was at the store this evening and saw 2 people making a scene and fighting with the staff. Just wanted to give a shoutout to the taller gentleman, the gentleman with the beard and the female staff member with red hair, they handled the situation so well while the customers were being loud, aggressive and unreasonable. Sorry they had to experience this. Keep up the good work and props for staying calm through the entire event.

Seems like no one wants to answer the phones at this location. I've been trying to call since Monday April 17th and currently it's April 19th. Each time I've called it will go to voicemail, which they don't have set up which the automated voice will tell you.

The website and Google maps say the store is open but after driving for hours I come here and discover at the door that it is closed. The manager is very RUDE and would not even explain anything, just says we are closed for renovation, well how about informing customers or at least apologizing???! Avoid this place like the plague they are absolutely not professional!

I had a good experience at puma this evening, exceptional customer service by Marwah and Vinni, they made sure I got matching shoe sizes and were friendly and energetic even though it was close to closing time.

Best service, considerate staff specially the ones who deal the counter. Polite smiling and accommodating with all genuine issues from returns to exchanges to helping getting better deals! I am a regular now and love the way they treat their customers ! Keep up the good work

one star for their customer service . boy luke he is very rude..seems like not happy with his joba at all.. focus on your job or do something else which makes you happy
