I left a message at 7:45 am about repairing our vehicle. They called me back 2 hours later and said they counldn't repair our vehicle until February, 2023. He said they have vehicles towed there from Prince George. They couldn't do the work as they were too busy. So much for giving a local business our 2 ICBC claims. Fix It Auto in Vernon is very busy but was more than accommodating and will be repairing our vehicle.

I normally don't review my experiences at businesses, but I can't say enough about Travis and Enderby Autobody.From day 1 they were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. Left pop in car, froze n exploded, what a sticky mess. Huge rave to Enderby Autobody/Travis Nadrozny, they managed to get me in today. Amazing detailing job and all at a great price. I believe he didn’t charge me enough, and he wouldn’t take any more money, what a great guy and I’d highly recommend this business to anyone.
