Do not use this travel agent!Margarita booked a vacation that family enjoyed, until the end when due to illness my husband was required to stay longer.My insurance would fully reimburse us for the additional out of pocket expenses we had, EXCEPT that we rely on the help of Margarita. After almost a year of patiently waiting Margarita has refused to make a simple phone call to request a document confirming that the flight was not reimbursed to us.We are out the cost of a flight due to her inexplicable refusal to follow through with this part of her job, even though she is LEGALLY OBLIGATED to do so. She just ignores any attempt to email or call her.
