If I could give a native 5 I would!, impossible to talk to anyone and when u do manage to get a person they have no idea how to do there job ,worst insurance company everBeen with Anderson insurance for years and now this this company bought them out absolutely horrible service and they change ur policy with out notticeI do not recommend this company at all STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY

I have been involved with two small insurance companies that were bought out by Brokerlink. In both cases, the experience has been stressful.I thought taking my policies from one province to another would be easy because they were both Brokerlink agencies, this wasn't the case. I couldn't even get a quote from this location.I suspect this insurance company was great as an independant brokerage but as Brokerlink, the service was terrible because there was clearly staffing issues.I left Brokerlink and will not return.
