The products are amazing, I really like it and will definitely come back (to a different store) to buy them again. The service was not what I expected, I ended up buying the wrong product, I described what I wanted and the staff gave me a cream that was very similar and insisted it was the right one, when I questioned, she was very rude, I decided to trust her and ended up with something different from what I wanted, so I’ll try another shop next time.

Première visite chez L'Occitane de Laval aujourd'hui, j'ai adoré mon expérience. On m'a permis de sentir plusieurs produits qui sentaient divin. Puis on m'a suggéré des produits doux et parfait pour ce que je recherchais. De plus, à l'ouverture d'un compte client, on reçoit 20$ de rabais sur un certain montant. Très contente de ma visite et mes achats et merci à la personne qui m'a servi.

Came here to get some cream for Christmas. I was a bit out of my element but was quickly helped by the very polite and attentive staff. They helped me make the right purchase an my wife was very happy come Christmas time. Very impressed with this location overall
