They recommended and sold me a baggy suit that does not fit. Their expertise is not good. When I called to exchange it they said it has been too long. And said that all they can do is sell me another suit.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I have had to deal with the Manager of the store. Both times it was to ask a simple question. First time she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. An employee told me she only spoke French which didn't excuse the fact that I tried in both English and then French. The second time was when I called and she left me on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and asked my question very politely in which I received a series of grunts and was put back on hold again for another 5 minutes only to get more attitude when she picked back up. Very unprofessional and an extremely poor example to her staff.

Not the best experience from service to one mess up after another. We might be able to get a suit on time for a wedding even after giving them ample time.Long version: We ordered as a group of 6 for matching suits for groomsmen. Ik we are young, and don’t look like we are the most upstanding citizens, but it felt almost as if we were ignored. Service was slow, we wanted to PAY and they still would find ways to somehow delay by splitting the suits into 2 bills (I guess the two vendors wanted to split the commissions???).Two of the suits needed to be ordered as the sizes were not available, they only ordered ONE of them. I don’t understand how that’s possible? Now we’re panicking because the suit may not be ready on time for the wedding.Honestly, from service to the mess up in the order to how they’ve been treating us after THEIR mess ups, not great.

Quite possibly my worst customer service experience. I wasn’t greeted while walking in, when I asked for help finding a product a man working there pointed me in the direction and just stood behind me like a security guard rather than a sales associate. He didn’t provide any help with sizing he genuinely just stood behind me. The rest of was equally as unhelpful. The moores in lasalle was way more accommodating and helpful.

Today I went in for about 15 minutes looking for a white shirt and dress pants after going to some other stores. The service at Moores was so great, that now I will only go to Moores for my fancy clothing needs. A lady named Virginia helped me out and got me on my way. Too efficient, Virginia should tet a nice raise for her work and customer service. Excellent customer service, really makes Moores stand out over other companies. The people help you out from start to finish, even take sizes, suggest clothes.

Good collection of formal clothes. Got even a custom formal Calvin Klein shirt made. Friendly staff members who help you select the right kind of clothes and makes you take a decision. The store is located right at St Catherine street in downtown Montreal.

Absolute worse service store. When you have one salesman serving 3 customers and the staff joking on the main floor on a Friday evening is unacceptable. Go elsewhere if you need help.
