The entire staff were friendly and helpful. Our sales person Wolf Buddee was fantastic. He made us feel welcome and treated our family as if we were old friends. Truly the best dealership in Abbotsford and surrounding area to purchase a car from. I have purchased 8 vehicles from them over the past 20+ years and always return to them for service also. Saurabh, our salesman was patient, professional, and efficient. Hannah, the business manager was energetic, cheerful, and also very efficient. Together they made the process of buying our new vehicle easy and painless. I highly recommend the Honda Way for your future vehicle needs. Whereas other dealerships told us there are up to two year waits for a new car, they had three on the lot! We completed the deal in two hours. The entire vibe of the dealership is relaxed and inviting. Check them out!

The Honda Way
Automatic Passenger siding door was bound. Bad advice from the honda tech who cut the cable and quoted $2000, which I accepted, for new motor and cables. Then no motors are available in Canada and basically I could tell they weren't interested. Called around, no other Honda dealer would touch it. Made the time and effort and fixed it myself after 10 hours in the garage with a friend. Youtube and Amazon cable parts, sliding door motor is totally fine, all fixed. Honda Way spend the time, train your people on this repair and stop miss quoting. NOT A MOTOR ISSUE!! - Service dept charged me $200 to cut the cable, and broken off a part that holds the panel (didn't tell me until I noticed and called). Nice people, Poor knowledge and total dis-interest to solve a difficult issue.

Very disappointed with the staff. They lie to you and try to rob you. I took my vehicle there to remove the one sign showing on my vehicle dash . They charged $226 to remove that code . I showed them everything up front . Rather than clear that code they charged me for whole diagnostics. I am attaching the picture with review. I showed this when i book the appointment. This dealership charged me for shop supplies. I don’t understand which shop supplies they used to remove this code.This is the service you get from this dealership. I never recommend any customers to go on this dealership. Try to go any other dealership around in this area.

I had to replace my previous Honda because it was written off after being rear ended. Tyler Lewis was recommended to me by my mechanic.Tyler was awesome! He asked a lot of questions about how I used my car, what I wanted as part of it, would I like new or used, etc. He spent a lot of time with me and helped me understand what I needed. The accident created a concussion and my reasoning was impaired to some degree so I really appreciated the time he spent with me, the patience of explaining things more than once and his attention to detail. I would recommend Tyler Lewis anytime. He made the transaction work for me. Thank you Tyler!

Very happy to have picked up my new Accord hybrid yesterday! The Honda Way staff were awesome - Kaylee, Jeremy, Nicole, Hannah, Laken. Thank you!As anyone shopping for a new car right now knows, dealerships are experiencing considerable waits as the pandemic, global supply chain issues and the chip shortage have not made things easy. This meant a wait for my car, and I'm the least patient person on earth.The Honda Way made it worth it though. They were patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me stick it out. I'm so glad I did. We now have both our Hondas from The Honda Way and it's definitely our go to from now on. Can't beat a Honda!
