First off I would like to say I do not like leaving bad reviews. You can see by all my other reviews it’s not something I do often. My experience with this security system company has left me with no other choice. Steve did my parents home system and did a great job and so we decided to go with his company.We first received a quote in October and decided to move forward with payment for the system and an installation date. The installation date was set for the end of November. We received a call that it would be delayed another week. Fine, things happen. The next week an employee injured themselves so was delayed again until January 7 2023. I emailed the day before and was told it was set for January 14. The next week it was delayed again, and then again and then again. Finally it seemed like we finally had a date set for February 18th and the morning of we get a call that the employee who was coming to install the system was getting back from a vacation and therefore couldn’t come for a few more weeks. At this point we were done with this company. We had given many many chances and therefore asked for our money back. Steve agreed and said he would send it that week February 20. It’s now the end of March and we have been told weekly our money is being sent back. At this point we have no faith in this company, or the owner. It’s very unfortunate as we have young children and wanted a security system to keep our home and family safe and now we do not have our money or a system. The amount of stress/sleep lost over this situation was completely avoidable had the owner fallen through on his commitments. Not only that, he has taken our money for his own personal use. I would happily remove this review with the return of our funds as again, this is not something I like doing.
