Tom Harris TELUS & Koodo Store

I'm not giving a bad review for this store but for Telus in general. ESIM was created to make it as easy as possible to get started, however unlike others do not allow to generate the QR code from the account page. Someone has to basically order a QR code online for $10 and it gets shipped to them. Going to the store is worst, they would charge $20 + tax for a QR code! With Bell and Freedom, one can just print the code from their account page for free!

Had to bring 3 bring it back returns on Canada Day. The young lady who assisted us was excellent & completely unflappable. Telus was having several issues & she remained cool & calm for the entire 2.5 hours we were there. She even stayed am extra 30 min after the store closed so she could help me with my new devices. Excellent & professional customer service. She's definitely a keeper!

Recently received a call and Devon noticed on my file that my home services were up for renewal, he kept the same package for me and got me a better deal and a home security doorbell! Super happy! Thank you!

Even though the systems were sluggish the customer service was spectacular! I came in knowing what I wanted and left with more than I expected. Thank you! I am now a Telus customer (formerly with Koodo). Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Angel was so knowledgeable and provided the best customer service. She took time and dilgence to explain different options going above and beyond. Very refreshing to receive such excellent service and you can tell she loves what she does. She is personable and provided seamless transiting from old phone to new making sure my new phone was all set up and ready to go. Highly recommended the agent and the store was nicely set up.

Friendly, attentive staff. Had an order take too long and Crystal ensured we received our devices in a timely manner and was very professional and accountable. Felt like we had an advocate on our side. Second experience at two different locations with Tom Harris, and I'll keep recommending them.

Edit: was informed by this business the employee that assisted me no longer works there.Went in to sign a new contract for a new S23, a few things stood out to me during the process.1. The sales guy didnt let me know they only had 1 model of s23 available which was white and 256gb. No big deal but i wasnt told this until the contract was 3/4 done.2. Sales guy said my plan isnt available anymore so they had to change it to a new one. I asked if there was still unlimited data (slower speeds after data cap reached) which he confirmed... turns out he put me on a plan that charges for every 100mb after the cap of 12gb or so. I couldnt change it myself due to telus limitation of not modifying plan for 30 days after modifying....3. Sales guy assumed i was trading in my old phone and was pushy about it when i refused.4. Sales guy was super pushy about transfering my old data to my new phone in store. Said it would probably not work if we didnt do it then and there. I sat there for 20 minutes unlocking my phone over and over again when i couldve done it at home by myself.5. The biggest issue. I Declined the streaming addon to my plan prior to signing the contract. Sales guy says first month is free or something like that, but i dont want it either way. Upon leaving he says oh i forgot to take it off your contract but ill fix this right now as you leave". He didnt take it off

The staff were super helpful with my new Samsung phone upgrade and data migration, absolutely worth coming in to get that done! Bonus that the store is so clean and bright. The folks here made a usually painful process smooth as butter, thanks!

I arrived at the store to return my existing device, and if possible obtain a new one. I was assisted by Angel. With calm efficiency, she assisted me, while helping other customers as required. Angel had me out of the store in about an hour, with a fully functioning new phone. Thanks for your help, Angel!
