Fast and accurate problem resolution.Our 2008 vehicle developed an oil leak in the engine compartment that produced enough smoke to make the car unusable.Hankook diagnosed the problem within minutes as a leaking oil pressure switch.A new pressure switch was brought in from Vancouver, and installed all within 1 1/2 hours and we were on our way with a bill of only roughly $100. We were thrilled.

Whenever you settle down in a new neighbourhood, one of the hardest things is to find a RIGHT car mechanic. I encountered a number of self-called mechanics since I moved here in Vancouver and... unfortunately they were either greedy shysters who tried to rip me off or lazy, unqualified blockheads who did sloppy jobs and nearly ruined my car. I, then, came across this garage, met Joon and MAN! what a difference it made! More than anything, what I appreciated the most was the way Joon took care of my car. He really did as if it was his own! Plus, he was so responsible that he fixed everything until it worked with no problem. Now, I'm not going anywhere else. This is one and only place for me as far as my car is concerned! Strongly recommended!

Do not change your battery here! They replaced my car battery with something wrong and after a few month, I had to get a battery replacement from the official service center. Also, they kinda force you to write a 5 start review which is why this business has so many 5 star reviews. Please do not go this place at all cost.

Honest service. I live in the states. I had to travel to Vancouver but had not had the time to fix the car so I just got the list of things that I need to fix with the estimated price from a car shop in the states. I took the list to Hankook Auto Service, and they fixed at the half the price. They knew that the price to fix the same thing was the double since I'd given them the document. They could have charged me the same price or slightly lower and I would not have known and would have been happy. But they were honest with their price even they had the chance to charge more if they were dishonest.Super happy with the service and the honesty
