When this was Cactus and locally owned it was terrific however now it is run like a huge corporation with high prices and different attitudes. When Curtis and Owen were there they were all about customer service now its all about the corporation. Sad!!

I had a great first impression dealing with Arrkann RV Med Hat service. The service department was top notch. I made an appointment then when I arrived it was friendly hassle free, same day repair.I feel This RV dealer has one of the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable service departments I've ever experienced! I had an issue with my trailer electrical inverter they quickly diagnosed it and helped me get back on the road asap. This place is A+ serviceThanks ArrKann, you are top notch

We contacted ArrKann and within minutes a sales person got back to us. We chose a unit that we saw on their web site and made a deal via email and text. My wife and I then drove down to their lot the next week and picked up our new RV. They had things ready and are the most courteous and nicest people we have ever dealt with while purchasing a large ticket item such as an RV ever. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new RV to go to ArrKann first.

Outstanding service! We were on the road with our trailer when our black tank pipe fitting broke. We called and David was very helpful, he managed to squeeze us in the next morning and have it fixed. We didn’t have to alter our vacation plans.

Went to look at RVs, reception said all sales people were in the yard but we could look around the showroom and she would get someone. Looked around for 20 minutes and no one showed, went for a walk through the yard and there were no sales people around, so we left,
