Stewart's Lodge & Camps

Cancellation policy was never explained to me on the phone when calling in. Charged my credit card $100 deposit without authorization, and with over a week's notice, when having to cancel the trip to Bella Coola due a severe and expensive vehicle breakdown, refused to refund this amount. Will be charging back with my credit card company. Poor, greedy, customer service at the peak of tourism season when they have incurred likely no loss from holding my reservation for that date ... which was made only a few days ago.

Fantastic holiday spot. Amazing scenery great people, delicious food, good fishing. You couldn't ask for more.

This may be a bit of a longer review but if you have the slightest level imagination and adventure this is where you should start!I have been trying to get up to Stewart’s Lodge for some years. I am not a hunter, I rarely fish, and I’m uncertain what falls under eco-tourism. If I ever planned to do ANY ONE of those things I’d start here.If you want a cabin on a peaceful lake that looks like this? You should come.I have 15 and 17 year old daughters who have never seen a glacier up close. They have never flown in a 1949 DeHavilland Beaver. They have never flown over Hunlen Falls, then landed and hiked to the edge of a cliff overlooking those same falls. The entirety of the flight was the best experience I’ve had with my family.The family running the lodge could not be a nicer group of people. The lodge is beautiful, clean, and great to hang out.

One of it's kind property. Just by the lakeside - this is a great place to unwind (if you don't mind driving long distance for hundreds of kilometers).Once you get there - the property and the environment will make it worth the effort and time you spent driving to it.The view is magnificent and offers dramatic transformations as the day progresses.

Very friendly staff. Amazing float plane ride above Hunlen falls.

It was a good stay , nice getaway but the mosquitoes were insane !! Other than that the people there that worked there were very helpful , beautiful place to stay . Lake view and amazing beds . Fishing is great , helicopter tours were fantastic!!! Thanks again for having us !!

This is a Beautiful Place, the services are very pleasant, and the planes are fun to ride in!

great location on Nimpo Lake. the staff is friendly and they are well equipped for most outdoor activities in the area. air tour of the Rainbow Mountains is definitely worth it if you can do it ... the pilots don't seem to penny pinch on the exact minutes in the air, so you do get your money's worth.lots of great Rainbow trout in the lake :)
