I have come here a few times for facials now and they are amazing. The last one I had was with Ana and she was fabulous. All the staff is so friendly and detail oriented. 1000% recommend coming here!

Had the most AMAZING experience with Anna for my Spa Bliss package. She was incredibly welcoming and helped ease my social anxiety. I don't normally treat myself and she made the entire experience absolutely divine!! I highly recommend this place to treat yourself. They use high quality all natural products that I am plrasantly surprised with. They even sent me home with samples too!

This place is Mission's best kept secret for the pedicures and facials I enjoy here.Firstly, pedicures are done with a soak sitting down in a chair, then you are taken to the massage bed to lie down!It's so relaxing, I dare you to not fall asleep.Time and care are taken with your feet, addressing your concerns. You aren't seated in a salon with several other people, where the esthetician is following a cookie cutter to do list. My only suggestion is to offer more colors.Facials are amazing here. They use Eminence Organics product and they are not chinzy with it. You are left with a fantastic glow, that lasts for days. Again, a customized plan for your skin. The bed was heated, and you leave so refreshed and relaxed.Mackie is in an old heritage building. It's quaint and cute. You do have to climb a steep set of creeky stairs and they can't accommodate large groups, but can accommodate couples. So if youre looking for a sterile modern environment this isn't it. This place is special and they take the time to know you, give you plenty of samples to try product before you buy it.So grateful to have this place not far from my home.

My mom and I had pedicures here and we were treated like royalty! The beds were very comfortable and it was all quite relaxing. I also love how they used natural products. I will definitely be going back, my feet have never looked so good!

I loved my hair experience at Mackie Naturals. I had several terrible cuts and colours with the previous hairdressers I went to. I was apprehensive to try anyone else because I was worried I would have the same experience. I first went I for a consultation, and Cherie told me which cut would flatter my curls, and offered advice on how to make my hair healthy again. The cut turned out beautifully! Then for my colour, she helped me go back to my natural colour, and gave me exactly what I asked for. I left feeling like she had exceeded my expectations.Very happy with the results, and although it was pricey, MOST salons are. It was well worth it, and it is now my go to place.

Haven't had the best luck getting my curly hair cut in the past but the ladies at this salon got my hair looking great :) can't recommend them enough.

The staff are amazing. They definitely make you feel pampered. While I waited to get my hair cut, the receptionist gave me lemon water and a little Lindt chocolate. I was happy to find out that the hair products they use in a regular basis were mostly natural products (I have very sensitive skin, and This was the first salon that I had been to without having an allergic reaction).This salon also donated their time to help women in need! I support and recommend them.

I honestly would not come back. Though the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the wax service provided was far from adequate… The waxer accidentally clumped up a bunch wax on me and had to pull it off piece by piece with tweezers which was so painful and took more than 20 minutes. She then proceeded to tell me she cannot complete the rest of the wax because my hair is coarse and short. She also did not clean up all the wax residue afterwards. When I got home I noticed so many unwaxed areas with regular waxing length. I think if you will be charging 70$, the wax should be more thorough no matter what hair texture you are.
