Destiny was very professional and friendly. She did an excellent job of my mom's flowers. She is good at her job and goes that extra mile. She was very helpful and kind. I ordered tall bright beautiful flowers for my daughters birthday. Ididnot expect tobe so disappointed by the reviews . My daughter says she's happy but there are mostly white thistle looking things one bright yellow and they are not tall throughly disappointed within half an hour vintage thistle called and redid the order I do really appreciate the effort

I would give 2.5, but unable to only give half a star.I had ordered two different arrangements for my grandmothers funeral a week in advance. When making the order I indicated I wanted an arrangement of blue flowers and my mother in her grief asked there to be some pink sweetheart roses. The lovely lady who was helping us didn’t know what she was meaning. After the lady showed my mother a variety of pink roses, I believe we had gotten it sorted.Instead of receiving two different arrangements, the funeral home received two identical arrangements. Yes, there was some pretty blue hydrangeas and some irises, which I know are technically purple, but still within scope of what was wanted. The arrangements mostly consisted of these tree limbs with dying brown spotted leaf’s and an assortment of yellow, orange and orangey peach coloured flowers. The arrangements looked like left over fall coloured stock and not what was asked for. My grandmothers favourite colour was blue and the pink sweetheart roses are what my grandfather would get her for all those special occasions.The arrangements looked pretty, but not what was asked for. Please listen to your customers when they ask for certain colours, don’t do what you did with these arrangements and add unwanted colours. My grandmother really disliked the colours, orange, yellow and brown. These flowers were supposed to be a representation of her, not just a random arrangement to make things look pretty.

These ladies put together the most beautiful casket spray for my dad’s funeral. Their service was the best right from the first call to delivery. I would recommend them any time.
