Core Centre in conjunction with IdealMe Enrichment Foundation is an amazing place geared to help youth, their parents, and professionals, with many issues involving mental health. As the Educational Coordinator, I whole-hardheartedly believe Dr. Antczak and her team want the upmost best for our community and we strive to make a difference when meeting everyone. Being involved with these workshops for over a year, I can honestly say, the goal is to make a positive impact in our community, so that our youth feel confident in our changing society and are able to face life's challenges with the tools needed for success.

Core Centre is a wonderful oasis for kids, teens and adults. Dr. Ewa Antczak with her team is kind knowledgeable and enthusiastic ready to help with all kinds of psychology needs. Offering testing, assessments, supporting growth programs for young people, autism services, as well as counselling and psychotherapy in a warm personable space. Dr. Ewa and her IdealMe workshop is the best therapy I have ever had for my son (10 yo), and I tried quite a few, unsuccessfully. She was able to change his attitude and his outlook, he is just a wonderful boy now, kind and gentle. Complete turn around. No more problems. Thanks Dr. Ewa. I recommend this workshop to anybody. 10 stars!
