My shower stall floor tiles had a leak. Called Loren from tile repairs in the afternoon. He responded immediately and came first thing the next morning to assess the issue. Loren presented me with different options with full estimates as to how to proceed. Once I made a decision as to which option to proceed with, Loren gave me details as to which size floor tiles to purchase. As soon as i purchased the tiles, Loren started the work the next day. The work took 4 days to complete. Loren came to work daily at the promised time. He was most respectful of my property. The work area was cleaned daily. The finished shower stall with new floor tiles was of very high quality and finish. The shower looked new again and no more leaky floor. Loren was great. We needed the grout and silicone in and outside our shower replaced. It was in rough shape and the shower is about 15 years old. I was worried the tile would need replacing, but Loren assured me digging out and replacing all the old grout and silicone was all that was required. He worked quickly and cleaned up the area at the end of the first day. The tiles look great and we are very pleased with his work. Loren is friendly and polite, efficient and knowledgeable.
