Of the home inspections that we have had(3) Gabe was the most thorough and his summary review was excellent. Very informative and well explained so one was able to understand the pros and cons. In addition he was timely and included realtor, a third family member in the review process. Well done Gabe!!

Gabe did an outstanding job on our inspection. He was thorough and professional. We got our report back the same day as the inspection, he also took the time to go over it in person with us as to make sure we were aware of everything and was there to answer any questions we may have had. Gabe inspected a house I was considering buying. He was willing and able to answer my long list of questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for noticing detail. His report gave me a checklist for things to fix, if I had bought the house. What he noticed saved me from making a bad purchase.

Gabe was absolutely amazing as our home inspector. He very professionally dealt with a few time changes, and let me tentatively book while I worked out a few things. Nothing shy of amazing to deal with the whole time. I was blown away by how detailed my inspection report was, and how easy it was for me to access. My inspection report was emailed to me shortly after Gabe finished up his inspection. Many pictures were attached for my viewing, and very easy to read. My husband dealt with him in person and took the time to point out each flaw and offer support on how we could fix it. I cannot recommend anyone better ☺️
