Amy and Balanced Training play an integral part in Crowven's life. He is a very high energy working line German Shepherd who didn't receive proper socializing as a pup. At 5-6 months when walking without his GS brother he began excessive barking at dogs he saw across the street. I felt I needed to nip the behaviour in the bud...... enter Amy.At his initial assessment he basically lost it when another dog was introduced at a distance. We worked with Amy in private lessons until he was ready for group class. We also worked privately with Amy introducing him to a couple of my friends dogs. Initially he had 0 impulse control but we were able to work thru it and he now has 2 good friends. I'm learning too as I have also introduced a third dog on my own.Crowven lost his 7 year old brother 6 months ago with very little advance warning. He instantly became insecure with people he loved talking to with his brother. Knowing how to manage this new issue I accredit to Amy's training.Balanced training can be the answer for many dogs with behavioural issues and I highly recommend giving it a try. Thanks for your continued support Amy!!

We've received wonderful support from Amy throughout our journey with our reactive dog. He is a rescue pup who came to us with many challenges, and as first time dog owners, we were clueless as to how to help him. Amy has provided positive and encouraging support and has made house calls and many email check-ins to make sure we are doing ok and have the tools we need to be successful. She remains supportive of us and empowers us to be confident dog parents. Highly recommend her if you are facing challenges with your own fur baby" :)"
