Since he installed the pool in June of 2021, Vince has made himself accessible for any questions, dealt with any issues and ultimately just ensured he kept us swimming. He recently came to winterize the pool and in true Vince fashion, he honoured our warranty and repaired a concern that will have us ready and swimming when he opens the pool in the Spring. Not only did Vince rescue us from a potentially disastrous experience with another pool company but he managed to take on our project even though he was completely booked. Vince and his team were awesome! He helped us choose our new in-ground pool, was always available to answer questions, was responsive and professional, and his team did great work on installation. We had a challenging location and situation, and Vince was quick to creatively problem solve. Our fiberglass pool is perfect and we couldn't be happier! Vince and his team did a phenomenal job installing our fibreglass pool. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The quality of Vince’s work is outstanding. He even saved us after from another pool company we signed a contract with, gave a deposit and didn’t deliver. Vince however literally had our pool installed weeks after we signed a contract. September 2021 found a 2 foot crack in the deep end of the pool. Just had the pool removed to see all the flaws that were made when the pool was installed: down spouts directed to the side of the pool causing water to fill the underside of the pool; pool sitting on 4 wood studs which sank over time; no water management - terrible job. If you’ve had a pool installed by this company good luck!!! I would never use them again.Absolutely crap…would never use Vince again. Turns out that the pool equipment was all undersized too. Sorry I ever trusted him. Buyers be ware!!!

We had an amazing experience working with Vince. From the moment we met him, when he provided a quote to us last Fall, we knew that we would be dealing with a highly ethical and honest individual. Once we gave him the go ahead, he was excellent at communicating with us through the entire process, guiding us through the steps for a permit, and when COVID related delays hit the manufacturer, he was very transparent in his efforts to secure an alternate (and better!!!!!) solution to ensure our pool installation was not delayed. When the actual on-site work got started, he and his team were detail- oriented and efficient, and he had our pool installed within the week! This was despite contenting with a narrow access space between our and our neighbours house, and working around the AC unit without needing to remove and inconvenience them. Even after the installation, Vince continues to check in with us to make sure we are happy with how things are working and answers all our pool maintenance questions. Vince is a clear expert in his field and has gone over and beyond every expectation we’ve had. If you’re in the market for a fibre glass pool, we highly recommend Vince and his team and if you do go ahead with him, you’ll be here rating him 5 out of 5 stars like us!!!!!

He was very professional and we had no problems at all through the process . The service that we got was a 5 plus star we could not be more happier . Vince and his crew did an awesome job with our pool! They are fast, efficient and they do quality work. They said it would be done in 2 weeks and it was done on time - just in time for the summer to start! We wanted a low maintenance pool and Vince gave us the options to make owning and maintaining the pool easy.
