I have been having back pain and headaches almost everyday for the last few months that is was taking over my life.A few months ago the pain and headaches got so bad that I couldn’t stand the pain anymore thats when I knew I needed to get help and that’s when I found Grace Family chiropractor.I have only been going for a month and I can say that after a few times going I can say the headache are gone and the pain is become more bearable that I feel like I have my life back again.The staff is awesome they always greet you by your first name and a smile you always feel welcome and like family and always there to answer any questions you might have. And they will work around you work schedule to make sure you are getting the treatment that you need.Thank you to Dr Peter and your staff for the last month and helping me feel better. Chiropractic care with Grace Family Chiropractic has been wonderful! They teach about how chiropractic services can help people with every day things you'd never think of. One of those being quality of sleep. I have been coming for just a few weeks and have seen improvements in my sleep already! My sleep has improved so much I'm actually sleeping through my alarms! Having not had the greatest experience with chiropractic care years ago I was hesitant to try again. For a few years now I have had shoulder and neck pain daily and headaches that would count me out for days. After my Mom and husband began seeing Dr. Tim and experiencing great results I decided to see if he could help me too.I will admit to being skeptical and also not overly excited about attending a group seminar. However... It is important! I learned so much! Information we really should all know but for some reason we don't or maybe we just don't think about it. Six months later I am more aware. I am more knowledgeable about my health and I have the tools I need to continue to see positive results. The shoulder and neck pain I am use to living with daily is now about a twice a month occurrence and I am doing better with the headaches too.I didn't realize how important chiropractic care is, how very beneficial it is. It really is an investment in yourself and your quality of life. It is an amazing team of people you will find at Grace Family Chiropractic. Dr. Tim and all of the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. They genuinely care about you, your health and well being. I am very grateful to have them looking after our family.

I started seeing Dr. Tim about 3 months ago as I was graciously given one of the Gift of Health cards. Ever since seeing Dr. Tim, my intermittent neck pain that I have had for about 6 years now has subsided. I have also noticed improvements in my overall flexibility from the regular weekly adjustments. I started seeing Dr.Tim because I was experiencing lower back pain for a number of years. It got to a point where the pain was impacting my quality of life since it was preventing me from doing many of the things that I enjoy. After visiting Grace Chiropractic for 6 months, I am no longer experiencing constant pain and have started to resume some of activities I haven't been able to do for awhile, including weightlifting and hiking.Dr. Tim and his amazing staff also helped me to understand how important chiropractic care is to maintaining overall health. In September 2022, I experienced some health issues that impacted my ability to stand and walk. Long story short I was told I would benefit from seeing a chiropractor. I procrastinated but finally reached out to Grace Family Chiropractic. I booked an appointment and had an assessment with Dr. Peter. This was the best decision I have ever made. I will be honest; I was not expecting the results to be as good and as quick too. I knew I would get better with time and with each adjustment from Dr. Peter, but I did not think I would see results this quick.I was informed about having to attend this group seminar and I was a little on the skeptical side about attending. I questioned myself what is this going to be about? I take my hat off to Dr. Tim, VERY informative and he broke everything down and made it easy for me to understand what he was explaining. He explained the importance of chiropractic care and how it affects my health, even from at a very young age. You know the saying If I had known then what I know now" my condition and physical health would be a lot different. Dr. Tim and Dr. Peter have made me so much more knowledgeable about my health through chiropractic care. I am a hairstylist and was experiencing lot of pain in my neck and right shoulder because of my job. My co-worker told me about Tim and how he had helped her neck pains. I have been seeing Tim now for 2 months and have definitely noticed that the pain I have is getting less and less.
