I recently took my vehicle to these guys, and I’m very happy, I’ve been put through the ringer with shops, these guys got me in fast and where fair, honest, and jus awesome, I’m not going anywhere other then here when ever I need vehicles fixed, I’m over all jus relieved to have finally found a shop that I can trust

These guys are great always easy to deal with and straight forward over the phone no BS, amazing customer service! I would highly recommend them! They work hard to get your car fixed and done properly. For me they did a new radiator, water pump and timing belt also an O2 sensor. Car is running great again.

I am absolutely not telling you to not use carline’s services as I have only had one mildly negative experience with them.I have used carlines services 5 times in total. I usually have a neutral experience with them, haven’t really had problems until today. I don’t know if the person I was dealing with was just having a bad day but the customer service provided was really frustrating and upsetting.They tried to charge me $81 service charge even though I was told on the phone when making the appointment (and have gotten from them in the past) there is no charge to inspect the vehicle especially if it’s possibly a problem caused by a previous service I had them complete. The man spoke down to me about my financial situation after I reminded him that on the phone I was told I wouldn’t have to pay for them to look for a problem. I still offered to make some calls to come up with the $81 but I was dismissed and told “if you can’t afford to service your car, stop driving it.” I understand why he’d say that but it was very unhelpful to the already high stress situation as I was trying my best to compose my tears. They ended up siding with me and not charging me which I greatly appreciate, but as a disabled indigenous woman, this man has no right or understanding to “advise me” that I need to park my car for 6 months and take public transportation instead. Even though my experience wasn’t the worst, and I ended up getting my way I won’t be returning, neither will my partner, or his family because we are uncomfortable with the situation and are questioning whether we can trust them to provide better customer service in the future.

Scott was very professional while dealing with me. My catalytic converter was stolen and he managed to get me in the same day! I don't think this happens regularly but he said it was perfect timing for me. Had my car fixed in 4 hours! Thank-you so much Scott, you saved me! Will definitely refer anyone to this place.

Haven't yet had service there (might update) but a quick chat dropin suggests their price is on point, and although busy they are organized and answered my questions well.

These guys were amazing, I cannot compliment them enough. My car had a major intermittent stalling issue that had happened 3 times over a month and was not showing a code. They were able to track down the issue, spent some time doing it and it eventually turned out to be an inexpensive fix. I was and am very impressed. I own a 1984 VW Jetta that needed a new downpipe. I searched everywhere for one and none to be had. I contacted Carline and Danny offered to see if they could custom make one for me. I brought my car in and within a few days I got my car back and it sounds fabulous!!!!!!!!!Shout out to Danny and Scotty for their great service.

Great service, great people.Van died, got a new battery but thought the alternator was done. Took it to Carline and they found nothing wrong with it. When I went to pick it up they didn't even charge me for their time.I will use the place from now on.Thanks guys!
