Bus is #710 bus driver was real rude. Me n a group of friends (all 13 in grade 7) took the city bus to a friends house. I’m a little bit taller than my friends so I don’t look 13 but my friends said we’re all 13 which is true but the bus drivers response was “yeah I’m 13 too” so we walk to the back of the bus and before we all sit down he slammed on the gas causing us all to fly forward. Not fun.

Worst service ever.,

No 5 was suppose to stop @ Brick but the driver left without stopping. It was already late by 15 mins, I waited 45 mins in the cold for that Bus. Next bus comes after 1 hr so I had to take a cab as it was so cold outside. Drivers should check if there is any passenger before just leaving.

Drivers need to respect the time. My bus was to start at 12:00 pm from downtown and it started at 12:07 pm. The reason is that driver was talking to another driver and using his phone.I don’t know why regina transit doesn’t take this seriously. Drivers need to know that passengers have to reach at time.

At least they now got buses to the airport.

Worst public transit I have encountered in my travels! Their website with routes and times isn’t updated to what is actually going on in the city. I visited from Ontario and there was construction happening on some of the routes but their website wasn’t updated the sign on the actual street bus stop was very small and not very easy yo understand ( for a visitor) drivers I encountered not very friendly. No bus stops at the airport . Not very friendly bus system to tourists.

I wish I could leave a negative 5 star review. If you want to have your day ruined, take the Regina Bus as your relied mode of transportation. It’s ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Your desired bus only comes every 30-45 minutes (so if you happen to be on the wrong side of the road you’re SOL). You most likely have to transfer downtown and finding out your transfer bus isn’t coming for another 30-45 minutes is a common occurrence in my life. Significantly less service on Sundays. The times posted on their website don’t seem to line up with the TV screens at frequent stops like Golden Mile or Cornwall Center. It’s a nightmare. Unfortunately I have to wait 8 months for my car so I’m stuck with this system that REALLY needs to be redesigned. Be smart and work close to where you live and don’t work Sundays if you want to live a stress-reduced life and rely on our horrible public transport system.
