The people at Rejuvenation are so friendly and professional.Kelly was my nurse and she was so great at making me feel comfortable and letting me what was going on and what would happen next. And the doctor was very professional, quick and thorough.I highly recommend everyone goes to Rejuvenation for all dermatology needs !

Had a frustrating experience for multiple reasons. Arrived 10 minutes early to the downtown Edmonton location and then had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time to be finally taken in. Currently Iam getting phone calls to book a yearly appointment but when I asked the lady on the phone about my results she said the nurse has to call me and she also confirmed that the resukts are in....WELL....no call from the nurse!.....they have failed to call me to let me know my results of the 2 moles they sent in for testing.....They appear way more concerned about booking appointments than doing the followup and Iam still waiting to hear the results from a month ago.

I visited this location for my dermatology appointment today. The clinic is very clean, the ladies at the front were kind and professional, checking in was quick and easy! I had Jay as my nurse and saw Dr. Smith for my concerns. Both were very kind, polite and professional, which made my first ever dermatology appointment comfortable. They supported me in my concerns, reassured me about what was going on and gave great advice. I didn’t wait long after my scheduled appointment time to go in and it didn’t take long at all to see Dr. Smith after Jay did my intake and asked some questions. Whole experience was less than an hour. I highly recommend this clinic for your needs!

Dr. Grewal is a talented knowledgeable dermatologist. In addition he exudes professional compassion and authentic bedside manner".A year ago Dr. Grewal fortunately accepted a referral from my family physician and successfully repaired a botched cyst removal by another physician which was not healing causing chronic pain for several months. It's not exaggerating to say I was able to return to normal daily activities and work.Front desk receptionists and nurses are welcoming

Nurse Helen was kind and quick to share a smile I wish all my nurses were as pleasant. Dr. Grewal was professional and was quick to set my mind at ease, no skin cancer. Parking was a Little expensive expensive so I'm glad it was a quick appointment. All in all a good appointment, thanks to the staff.

I went to get a strange rash checked out, and they were amazing. All the staff was so nice and friendly, the building itself was very clean and well put together. The whole place had a very technologically advanced feel to it, and I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. They managed my anxiety excellently by communicating really well, telling me everything they were going to o well before they did it and talking to me throughout. I was given lots of aftercare instructions, and made to feel awesome and not alone. They even had animal vides playing in the exam rooms, which was super calming.100/10, would go again.

Dr. Smith is so gentle spirited and kind. She takes the time to ensure you are comfortable with ankle the steps in the procedures. She also is able to quickly assess moles to ensure you are taking the best route, as your health is top priority.Riley was also great too.

Dr. Longowal and Nurse Olimpia fixed me up and came up with a treatment plan for my problems. It was very emotional for me because I have had a very long and difficult struggle finding a dermatologist in Edmonton who can help me. As soon as I walked through the door, I knew Rejuvenation Dermatology had the high standards I was seeking for my health. The clinic itself is sparkling clean, high quality equipment with no dust or grime, the staff are all dressed to the nines and emit a professional aura. There was an incident where a patient was getting upset in the waiting room and I was amazed at their customer service skills. Cool as cucumbers.I really walked away with happy tears, they are an oasis in a desert of dermatologists here in Edmonton. I have been to a few other places and they don't even offer you a gown to wear for inspection or keep their walls clean or floors clean, so trust me when I say this place stands head and shoulders above the others. If you come here you'll be taken care of, I can stress this enough. They know their stuff.They have a really nice fancy waiting room and tvs in every corner. I enjoyed their complimentary coffee. They also have some really nice products to buy if you want to. I kind of felt underdressed with my casual attire, that's how nice it was in there.

Yesterday I met with Dr. Smith & her nurse Amanda. They were both so amazing and made me feel at ease from the start of my appointment till the end. They both explained the procedure I was having and made sure when I left, I had all the information I needed to properly take care of the biopsied sites.I have been to this clinic a couple times in the past few years. I have always had a great experience starting with the front administrative team to the nurses and the Doctors.Definitely would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking skin services.

The nurse was very helpful and kind. She clearly explained what was needed to be done.The doctor was willing to help me with my surgery on my nose that another doctor had preformed at a different location three months prior. I was so happy that he asked me to come back and pre-made me an appointment himself to see him regarding the nose surgery that was not healing.I recommend this place to everyone in need of help on their skin cancer.
