In need of some serious training!Got a new bus driver and she dropped my son off at the wrong bus stop!!!Next day she dropped the kids off without using her lights or stop sign.When I reported the issue I was completely brushed off and I feel it wasn’t taken seriously.

Bus 1985 went above and beyond with our trip. Eric made our night amazing. Patient, kind and overall awesome.

Late at least 20-30 minutes once every 2 weeks. Even on beautiful sunny days... !? Trying to teach our kids responsibility, showing up on time. This is the example set.

Do not apply to work here !!! Sara did interviews, made the job seem super promising, lead me on, then simply didn't get back to me! I have to follow up with multiple emails, phone calls, etc for over a week before I finally got an abrupt response about the position being filled. Very unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. In addition, they force everyone to get their Class B AND PAY OUT OF POCKET, before they reimburse it. Unbelievable. Do not apply.

Stay clear away from this bus company, The management (christina) let people drink alcoholic Beverages on school buses. This company disrespects there employees beyond belief. im disgusted

Yesterday, a driver ran the stop sign at Shoemaker and Strasburg. Forcing me to brake to avoid a collision with the bus. He turned right onto Strasburg and erratically got over into the left turning lane for Bleams rd.When I pulled up beside and looked over, he was giving me the finger and screaming something or other at me. Next he turned in his seat to face me and give me two fingers.The guy clearly had issues and shouldn't be transporting children.He is a danger!!

Friendly staff and employees. Focus on the safety of children.

In spring 2021 one of this bus lines drivers grabbed my son as he was walking off the bus, for not wearing his mask properly. Actually leaving a finger mark on his shoulder. The child behind my child witnessed the incident. Police and the bus company were contacted and an investigation was done. But of course there wasn’t enough evidence/witnesses to file charges. It was so hard knowing no disciplinary action was going to be taken by police or the bus company. I was told by one of the bus company managers that they would put the driver on a different route than my son and they did till the end of the school year. But, to our disgust he was there to pick the children up this morning-route 051. So, I drove my children to school including my daughter who was just starting school and was so excited to ride the school bus. I get that children sometimes lie or tell stories. However, as a parent I know my child and I KNOW that driver put his hands on him. I don’t care how hard or lightly he was grabbed, it should never happen. It’s sad that he wasn’t held accountable and that this company didn’t even keep their word and keep him off my sons route. My children will switch schools or be driven if needed. Your company is not protecting the best interests of children.
