Eurolite has a wonderful collection of designs from Canada and beyond. Their staff are highly knowledgeable, special thanks to Francesco for his help. This is my fourth time dealing with them and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their products.

Mike Nooreini at Eurolite was fabulous. After a bad experience with another company Mike helped me by sourcing out the many parts and assembling them to give me 3 functioning light shades that could be installed.Then he provided me with a referral (at my request) to a very competent electrician to install them. It could not be done without Mike. I've waited years to complete the European glass light shades. Great customer service!! Thanks Mike and thank you Eurolite for a great experience.

Yes I feel sorry that I have to resort writing a review like this to make people aware of how you totally disregard that it was your error. Just to be clear I was never told sold as is" Two new boxes were taken from your stock room. You or your intelligent staff gave it to me. Anyway your selection sucks

Mike N at Eurolite provides excellent customer service - even though I came in only 15 minutes before closing, he took the time to describe the various options for my condo, then provided a mockup design based on pictures I supplied, then when I wasn't quite sure it was what I wanted he went out of his way to provide a personal visit to my home to provide a new design. Truly professional and patient talent in their staff, with great selection of products in their store.

Dropped off a floor lamp that had a problem with the switch. We were told that their technician would take a look at it. Called after 4 days of hearing nothing from them. We were told that the tech wasn't available right now but he would call us back. 3 days later and still no news. Ended up going in and asked to speak to the technician who was mysteriously not around so we just picked up the lamp. It hadn't even been looked at.If they have a technician there, you wouldn't know it.Bottom line, don't go here for repairs unless you don't mind waiting a month.

Although closed due to Covid19 I was able to order hard-to-find halogen replacements for my dining room light. They were ready that day for curb-side pick up at a reasonable price!

If you need great lights and stellar customer service go to Dark Tools and talk to Moe!! Bought two scones and was given two different temperatures of light. Contacted Eurolite and was told I would have to buy new lights at wholesale (warranty expired). This would mean further expense for light and to reinstall fixture. Love how you guys treat your clients for your mistake. It's funny how Dark Tools lighting was willing to help and offered a solution for a product that wasn't even theirs!
