Unfortunately the staff were unprofessional, sarcastic and indifferent to a simple $30 exchange that could be handled smoothly within a few minutes.I bought a pair of sandals as a birthday present only 2 days ago from them. I specifically asked the sales person if the sandals could be exchanged to another size without the receipt and he had confirmed. Today I went back to exchange them to another size and I was surprised by the store manager's immediate and abrupt response that: we never ever say that here"! She never took the time to validate what I'd said

I had a fantastic experience at Cleve's. Located on the top floor of Parklane Mall, entering off Dresden Row, will provide the fastest access. Although, the Mall has some of the most affordable downtown parking. I went into buy a pair of gloves and left with gloves and a nice shirt . I felt the gloves were reasonable priced compared to everywhere and especially compared to stores downtown. The service was very prompt and accommodating. I walk with canes and so I needed to find the perfect glove (thin, yet warm). The staff took the time to learn about my needs and bring me several options, explaining the various advantages and disadvantages. The store could improve on in-store signage but this is such a minor detail. The atmosphere of the store is very nice. It is well-lit and provides space between clothing racks.

This is a good store for your kids before they go back to school. Usually, there will be 50% sale at the end of August. I think this location is excellent !

Great store but I arrived at 5:45pm today and they were closed. Hours on the door are blacked out and google says it closes at 6.. not sure

This is like a convenience store for sports, you go there if you are close by and need something in a rush. Otherwise very limited options and sizes, you may find a shirt or sneakers that you like in their limited stock but you need good luck to find it in the size that matches you.

I received a defective item and tried to exchange it. I was told that I caused the defect. Very poor customer service. First time buying something from this store and it will indubitably be my last.Sincerely FrankEdit - Thanks for the reply but I bought a 80 dollar jacket from you that was ripped. Not satisfied with my purchase at all.

I bought some running shoes here the other day and was very impressed with the staff. Nick (I made sure to take note of his name) was very helpful in getting me fitted with the right pair of shoes! Very happy with my experience, I highly recommend this store!

The mall had a power cut whilst we were there yet despite having to deal with this, the staff were very helpful and even allowed us to buy something we really needed! Also there was a tiny bit of confusion with the change and I actually said the wrong amount (65 dollars instead of 75 dollars) and as we were walking down the street the staff member came out and gave me the 10 dollars I had miscalculated!! Honest, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for sporting goods!

Fantastic customer service in the shoe department! The person helping be made sure I was fit perfectly in the proper shoe for my foot because I have been dealing with plantars fasciitis. I LOVE my shoes and will be returning to this location! Very happy customer!
