Great staff and doctor

Excellent family doctor that cares about our family as people as well as for our health. Practical, friendly and efficient, we are lucky to have her as our physician. Excellent office staff also make dealing with the practice a pleasure.

The best doctor in Town. I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone. A highly experienced doctor with a friendly presence and a great team in the clinic. The support staff of this doctor is really excellent with exceptional customer service. The other doctors in thisbteam are highly competent and have great patience in dealing with the patients. Wslk ins too available. There is pharmacy available next door and a physiotherapist too. The clinic has been well maintained with great care.

I've been seeing Dr.Schuurman, for some heart issues and other medical problems. I've had a few appointments booked with the specialists through Dr.Schuurman, I was experiencing heart issues again waiting for the doctor to call me, I followed up a day later and the receptionist told me she does not want to see me ? I should consult with my previous GP who've I told is incompetent in his practice. How could you say that to someone with a concerning heart problem , I really don't appreciate a medical office assistant trying give me medical advice to seek a different doctor when they don't understand the nature of the medical concern. Basically turned me away like I was the problem, I understand doctorswho are competent are very busy with their practice. But this is no way to treat an individual with a such a concerning medical issue. I've never taken the time to write a negative review but the receptionist really pushed the envelope this time, denying me medical advice and treatment from a doctor. How does one expect me to get an appointment with another GP in such short notice for such a concerning health problem ?
