Rude. Poor customer service. After leaving a message for service a call was not returned. After having a technician pass, and I called back, I was told the manager would call me back twice and he never called. Would give 0 stars if I could. When I finally met the owner, he yelled at me in my driveway. When his technician wrote down the wrong credit card number he returned to my home banging on the door and yelled at my family member. Would not trust this man to enter my house.

They are leaving a disgusting mess. I found dark handprints in both bathrooms and around the front door and also sticky residue on the bathroom floors. Also I was not informed that there was mold behind the toilet they changed not giving me a chance to remove it before the new installation - a total dealbreaker!!! Now I have to hire a different company to remove the new toilet again so the mold can be cleaned up.And to top things off I was billed an extra 30min because they didn't note the arrival time correctly and just enjoyed the AC in their car instead of writing the invoice. I mentioned it but I still had to pay for it.The installation & repair itself was done good as far as I can tell.

TLDR; Horrible service with the receptionist = lost businessI called to make an appointment with a plumber on Saturday Oct 17, no answer. I leave a msg to call me back. I get a call on Monday Oct 19, they take my information and we make an appointment for Wednesday Oct 21 at 1400h. So far so good.On Oct 21 no plumber shows up at 1400h, I call back at 1530 to ask for update. Receptionist tells me that they didn't write down my phone number correctly and could not confirm my appointment (kind of weird considering that they have already called my phone in the past) so we will need to rebook for Friday Oct 23 at 1500h. I agree. They call me on Thursday Oct 22 to confirm my appointment on Friday, small hiccup but these things happen.On Friday Oct 23 I get a call at 0800 asking if I am at home because the plumber is there waiting for me... I tell them the appointment is for 1500h as I am currently at work, they say okay see you at 1500h. I go home at 1500h and wait until 1520, no plumber to be seen. I call them and ask where is my plumber? They answer that they cannot guarantee an appointment time at 1500h for whatever reason. I don't know why they have been bothering to lie to me for the past week, oh well. Anyways after putting up with their nonsense I tell them that I will be going to a different company.I imagine they are fine plumbers but their reception lacks some serious professionalism, work ethic, and problem solving ability. I would never recommend this business to anyone who likes reliable and dependable service. 1/5 there are plenty of other businesses in the area, make use of their superior service.

Deserve zero star. Company whose owner Mr. Beauchemin has difficulty with honesty. Doesn't do quotes or estimates and invoices according to his mood. Adept at over-billing. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Très déçu du service à la clientèle chez Pompe Perras. J’ai fait venir un plombier (qui était très sympathique et professionnel) pour ma cartouche de douche. Il n’a pas pu finir la réparation car il n’avait pas la pièce mais m’a dit où trouver la pièce en quincaillerie et comment réparer le tout.Cependant lors de l’installation de la nouvelle cartouche j’ai réalisé qu’il me manquait un morceau de finition (pris par erreur par le plombier??)J’ai fait plusieurs suivis téléphoniques et après 2 semaines de suivis aux 2-3 jours on m’a dit que le plombier n’avait pas mon morceau. J’ai demandé des solutions pour arranger ma douche, on m’a dit que le plombier me rappellerait pour assurer un suivi mais ce n’est jamais arrivé! Le service à la clientèle m’a beaucoup déçu. J’aurais aimé qu’on se soucie de mes besoins et qu’on m’offre de l’aide au lieu de m’ignorer.Résultat je n’ai pas de finition de ma douche et je vais devoir j’imagine remplacer la poignée au complet!
