I was in the Sarnia store today to purchase Patio Furniture I asked the associate that was on the return desk if she could help me get help. She called for an assistance and I had no time to wait and I received a nice associate (SINGH) he was very helpful and assisted me with my purchase and had the delivery set up for me. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. There were 2 other people assisting him with my order to train him.Overall my experience was excellentKaren Burger

After 3 visits to this store and multiple conversations with employees, I am no closer to purchasing the products I need. Each employee had given me wildly disparate information, even though they consulted their website and Google, which, incidentaly I can do myself. Useless, yet indispensable and necessary if you need home reno supplies.

Amazing customer service today in the garden center. Happy knew where everything was that I was looking for. She came over and checked to see if I needed any assistance. She had some bright ideas and recommendations. She even helped take my purchases to my car and helped me load up. Happy truly lived up to her name!

Let me first be clear, this is not a store problem, but as the head office doesn't have an email I can send to this is my only option. Probably so they don't have to deal with problems! Bought a large toolbox, got it home and assembled it only to find parts missing. Manual says call this number if parts missing"

Great place to find Ryobi products and SOME items. The lumber though, stay away. I have never seen such garbage being sold. There are other lumber stores that sell Irving wood which, in my opinion, seems to be much better quality, and not twisted like a pair of panties.

I purchased an electric stove to replace my gas one. Home Depot disconnected my gas line and then delivered a broken stove. I had to refuse delivery. They couldn’t get a replacement for nearly 3 weeks and wouldn’t leave the broken stove for me to use. How am I supposed to feed my family with no stove for 3 weeks?? Took my money to Lowes instead.

Home Depot always has what I need. You can get help very easily which is great. Usually with a big store, you can't find any one to assist. The Home Depot folks ask you! They are also so friendly! It makes asking my silly" questions so much easier."

Went to check out at the register and Dawn informed me about a amazing deal with the charger I was about to purchased and now I have a charger and battery and a new cordless recip saw, amazing customer service!!!
