When I give someone five full stars, it is because they have met every single one of my expectations, but have also exceeded my expectations, providing me with a superior consumer experience. I depend on these guys, not only for great product, but for information that you can rarely get elsewhere. Best hydroponic shop in Niagara region for sure. They’re teaching me everything I know as I go.

I went to Bobs last week for my first time, I`ve heard good things of this store form many friends. The store is well stocked with a great assortment of products that are fairly priced. I had some questions about different products, (calibrating pH pen, different nutrients, etc.) and Bob answered all my questions in detail. He and other staff were nice and very informative, taking the time to demonstrate the calibration procedure/steps.I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this local grow mart.

Stopped in today and was very happy to see a nice brightly lit store with lots of products available. The place was super easy to find. As I entered the shop I witnessed the guy on duty explaining in detail about pest prevention. As I perused the store listening and learning I couldn't help but notice they had all the big popular brands, and lots of available stock. My own experience dealing with them was great! Very educational and down to earth people! I'll certainly be going back there for all my indoor gardening needs!

A little on the pricey side, but what's a few dollars when it comes to supporting a local business. Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Reliable inventory. Just a great group of guys selling supplies for the best, most therapeutic hobby/passion in the world. I look forward to when I have to stop by bobs.

Best in the business. Feel like my family. There is never a stupid question. These guys are knowledgeable and have been nothin it pure gold when it comes to help, advice, direction and great pricing. I will never go elsewhere they are the best!! My kids even love going more than I do. If that’s possible!!

Bob and team has always done an absolutely fantastic job. Right from the first time walking into the store. He takes the time with his clients, and makes sure to intelligently explain crucial details and feedback to any questions you ask!They made me feel absolutely no question is too stupid to ask, and always answered with a smile. Even in the summer months, Bob himself brought out freezies for the family waiting in the car!Overall, always an excellent experience. Their expertise is top level, and prices are super competitive.

The staff here are great. I had a small problem with a old lighting system. I called and they said to bring the light in, once I arrived they were ready and willing to help. My old wiring was completely fried and they helped me gut and reinstall a new rail. You dont see service like this anymore. 10 out of 10 will recommend.
