We got our Rufus from this breeder back in January 2022. Can affirm the great importance of temperament. Rufus gets along with all dogs, is great with people of all ages. Loving, energetic, and a goof to love. Wouldn’t hesitate getting a sibling for him soon.

Linda and Barry are by far the best lab breeders around. Their dogs all have the best temperament and the health of all their dogs is always a top priority to them. They give their dogs the utmost care and respect that every dog deserves! I found Linda and Barry back in 2009 when I was looking to get a black lab! I hit the jackpot with not only Linda and Barry but with my Charlie! He was just laid to rest today, just a couple months shy of his 14 birthday! I’ll never forget the process of picking out Charlie and all his years of loyalty and devotion to me. 2 years ago we welcomed a fox red lab (Lennox) into our lives from New Scotland Kennels as well. He has been nothing but a joy and has the craziest personality I have seen in a lab, and boy is he vocal too! I love it and him dearly! Once our hearts have healed from our biggest loss of our Charlie, I’d love to welcome another black lab into our lives, but only from Linda and Barry! Working with them to secure a puppy so far has been awesome. We have been to the property and met linda/barry, both were very knowledgeable, the kennels were clean and the dogs looked in good health.

After being dissapointed in my search of a new family member I was getting very discouraged. A friend of mine posted a picture of a male I asked does he have a sister my friend said yes 3. So I gave Linda a call and headed out the next day. The kennel was cleaner then some peoples houses Ive been to and Linda was full of knowledge. This is when we got Prada shes an old mature soul with puppy atributes we are all so happy to have her part of our family now.

My compliments to New Scotland Kennels for a very good faculty. I recently brought home a very hansom yellow Labrador retriever. The couple at New Scotland Kennels did a wonderful job of ensuring that the puppies had a warm clean and dry place. Thay ensured that all the puppies got the best start in life by having the vet come onsite to check and de-worm. Thay looked after the micro chipping and registration at CKC. And although I have had my puppy for just over a month, everytime I call for advice they are happy to help.Thanks for being there guys.

We had 2 terrible experiences with breeders of Fox Reds before meeting Linda and Barry. This experience was terrific from the first phone call to the meeting and touring the kennel to the pick up of our sweet baby girl. Our puppy is now 4 and is a happy, healthy and beautiful girl. I am overjoyed with the service, cleanliness and experience with Linda and Barry at New Scotland Kennels! When I arrived to pick up Oliver, Linda took me to where the dogs live. It was spotless. She is so loving with each dog and you could tell she cares a great deal about them. She answered all of my questions that I had and really took an interest in me. She is a real professional, kind and very easy to work with. I picked up Oliver and he is wonderful and healthy! I would recommend New Scotland Kennels to anyone who is looking for a new fur baby!

I bought my first ever dog (a chocolate lab named Duke) from New Scotland Kennels and brought him home in November 2019. Barry & Linda were very helpful, professional and kind with helping us through the process. Their service and support was very friendly, helpful and informational. Noticing that my wife and I were nervous about becoming puppy parents, Linda gave us very helpful advice and tips. They were able to provide genealogy records to assure us that our puppies health was considered thru the breeding process. Their facility is top notch and all dogs are treated with high esteem and respect.I would (and will) refer anybody looking to get a Lab to go to New Scotland Kennels.

These breeders rock ole style like no others...their Kennels and whelping areas are clean , spacious and temperature controlled . We met over ten dogs on their property , which also was well kept and as clean as humanly possible when dealing with animals, and each animals just emulated good health and care. Linda and Barry were both knowledgeable and very compassionate people who care for not only the animals but also for the breed of Labs themselves...we picked up our girl Jenny on Good Friday and we are over the moon with how beautiful and well tempered she is ....she is strong, healthy and just a bundle of pleasure ...Thank you so much for letting us trust again...you are remarkable people and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a lab pup who could love and care for them the way you both do

We got our Drake 9yrs ago and he is my baby we were fortunate to find him at New Scotland Kennels. I'm always checking website to see if there are new puppies, would love to get a friend for our Drake.
