These folks do a great job but I’m disappointed in the scheduling. I’m an hour and half out of town. I get in about every other month. They do not let me make an appointment ahead of time like a couple days before I come in. Twice now they’ve kicked me off the list and offer me the next day which is useless to me. So I’m going to need to look for a different barber unfortunately. If their scheduling issues ever get fixed I’ll return.

I recommend the hairdresser and master Irena Mamedova!! Because I am a demanding customer. But in this hair salon, everything was excellent and at a professional level, starting from the consultation, atmosphere, cleanliness and ending with the hairstyle for my son. I got a good haircut here. I was skeptical when they said no reservations. But I gave it a shot. Lots of hair stylist there. A bit of a wait, but they phone you and you can go shopping g while you wait. They did a really nice job on the cut

Really bad experience. I explained them that my loyalty card was washed away accidentally in the laundry. It was my 4th visit. I asked them to give me new card with three previous stamps but they refused. What a rubbish!!! They don't trust their customers!!!it was my last time..Not going there ever again

March 25 saturday 3pm, i called tommy Gun's if i will be able to get a hair cut on this day, the lady with a glasses said yes she will put me on the list and it will be around 5pm. Im around the area so i went in the shop around 4pm and talk to the lady that i spoke with ( the lady with a glasses) on the phone to ask again if its for sure that i will get in for a hair cut because before they cancelled on me and i waited for nothing, so i had to make sure this time that i will get in. so she said yes for sure you will get in. So i waited until 530pm and when i get there she said she cant take me in because its almost closing time and that the barber that will cut my hair is not gonna make it in time to get me in. Like i get it its busy but you shouldnt tell customer that you will for sure get in at this time and not take them after wasting their time. Isnt that frustrating? I wasted my time waiting again. The barbers are great dont get me wrong but receptionist need more training and proper scheduling.
