After 2 years of looking for our dream house, we finally found it. Abe was patient throughout the process. He never looked bothered nor complained or even said a negative comment. He was always smiling and providing us with the best advice. I strongly recommend his services. He is knowledgeable, very flexible (especially with our busy schedules) and most importantly, honest ! I cannot thank him enough for all he did to my family and I.

My husband and I are so happy that we chose Abe as our real estate agent, a friend of ours referred him to us and choosing him was the best choice!!!!! He went above and beyond helping us find our first home. We’re from Toronto, we went to Windsor once and he had booked 8 to 10 houses to check out. We didn’t like any. After that we couldn’t go to Windsor anymore as I was 8 months pregnant. He would go himself to the houses we chose to see and FaceTime us every detail of it. He didn’t give up showing us houses through FaceTime until we found the house we wanted!!!!! His knowledge about the market and the real estate business is incredible. We can’t thank Abe enough seriously, if I was able to give a 10 out of 10 I would do it without a second thought. He has become not only our agent but part of our family. We now moved in to our house and we couldn’t be happier. We have referred Abe to a few of our friends. We would choose Abe over and over again every time we need to sale or purchase a new house!

I had this young man over to give estimate on my home he was extremely professional and made you feel no pressure and was very humble meaning he wasn't flashy and big headed like some I have had.I have been in sales all my life as a manager I would be proud to have him on my team he has a great future a head in this business would 100% recommend this gentleman! Abe was extremely helpful when we were looking for a house in Windsor. He was professional through the whole process and really came up to the plate when we were ready to place an offer. Buying a house is a lifetime commitment and we were really happy that Abe was there to help us at every step. He would set up all the house viewings and we would review the house together, this became a long process to find the house of our dreams. It really helps that he was patient and never pushy on any viewings of the properties. Even when we saw a lemon of a house, he would tell us right away that the house was not worth it and there are better options on the market. We ended up buying something we loved and it really helps when you have someone who supports you! I don't think you will find a more knowledgable realtor than Abe in the Windsor region!
