Babal was very knowledgeable about the selection of work boots and what style and brand would best suit my needs. She was very patient with me trying on the boots and gave me lots of information on the brands they had in stock. Nice to have a boot store that sells quality boots in both mens and womens sizes! Purchased safety boots on a Sunday. The on-duty staff was extremely helpful and courteous, taking their time to explain all the details and differences between different boots, and how the boots should fit.

I purchased my first pair of Goodyear welt boots from Reddhart about a month ago. Because I was both unfamiliar with what makes a good pair of boots and hesitant to pull the trigger on the first go, I tried on 4 different pairs of boots. The associate, Arsh, was very kind and took her time with me and the other customers. She never made me feel rushed. After settling on a pair, my boots were conditioned and had a beautiful shine. I highly recommend Reddhart!

Been wearing CSA boots for so many years on and off. Bought the cheapest not good to the most expensive and not good. Both places tend to have poor service too. Enter Reddhart, Gloria at the Burnaby branch is awesome and seems to know everything about boots and the work we all do too. Amazing. Sounds like she’s done everything. Mid priced boots, but good quality and top shelf service. Cheers.

Go-to place for boots, both for work and casual wear. Huge selection of Keens and Blundstones. Stocked with lots of sizes. Great store atmosphere for trying boots on. Emmanuel was very attentive, helpful and patient. Will shop here again.

I walked into Reddhart today to purchase some much needed workboots. Arsh was so helpful with my selection. There was no pressure and she was very patient while I made up my mind. She even took the time to treat the boots I guess it's the store policy. I have never had that happen at any other store. This is the go to place for workboots. Thank you so much Arsh!

Gloria was fantastic! Starting with when I first phoned in to ask a few questions: I was met with an extremely confident and knowledgeable voice on the other line. It happened to be the Store Manager Gloria. I had read previous reviews about Reddhart Workwear and I'd like to point out Gloria and her professionalism stood out the most and I was not disappointed. I quickly came to the store to have a fitting and consultation. I left with a pair of working boots and socks. I know the product she helped expertly picked out for me will help me get the job done right and in comfort. Thank you Gloria! I can't wait to get my next pair!

I came into the store trying to decide which pair of good year welt boots to purchase. Babal was a great help and patiently brought out pair after pair for me to try on. She also kindly explained how to clean and condition my boots, and happily demonstrated the conditioning process on my new boots. Thanks Babal!
