I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store location. I encountered a highly unprofessional and the cashier who was unable to identify the PLU code .Not only did the cashier lack knowledge of the specific produce, but the cashier displayed a complete lack of courtesy and failed to use any polite language or even a simple smile. Her movements were slow and inefficient, seems like she doesn’t want to be there. She wasn’t working on finding out a solution to live up to a cashier job.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy during shopping experience, and it is disheartening to encounter such poor service at your establishment. I would like to highlight the importance of training your staff adequately to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out their duties efficiently and professionally.

Went in today looking for the package jams, asked a gentleman if he had any in jam as I only seen peanut butter. His response was “ Do you see if there, I replied if I seen it I would not have asked “ then he says “ well that’s all we have “Ok thank you sir for being so helpful! A little word of advice good customer service goes along way..I parked my cart and left, I don’t even find the prices that good anymore .

Great prices and selection. Also has a bulk/commercial section which was pretty cool.Disappointed that they no longer offer boxes to customers. They obviously still exist but just recycle them.In this age of sustainability, I was very surprised to see that i was refused when I asked for a box.

One star for some ok food but the staff likes to stop people for no reason and accuse them of theft after u spent 1000 In a week and are against theft. So beware for those honest people spent 60 on a bag and they still wanted to check being embarrassed in line at check out when ur spendbunch money their staff just assume for no reason

Lots of selection and great pricing. The self checkouts are not accessible though. The debit machine is on the very top, impossible for anyone in a wheelchair, or short stature to reach.

It's a good store with lots of variety. It's got one of the best and fresh grocery selections. The store also helps boost your PC optimum points.However, it's a little towards the pricy side, so students might wanna refrain. For the rest, it's great.

I really enjoy visiting Joe's No Frills because of the plethora of options available, especially when it comes to fruit and vegetables. They typically stock varieties that are either hard to get or downright unheard of to the average Canadian, especially in Asian and Caribbean cuisine. I believe this is the best stocked No Frills that I have ever visited and is likely comparable to those in larger cities. If you experimenting with ethnic cuisine before giving up on finding that rare ingredient, check here first.

The store is always bright and clean. I can almost always fund everything on my list and then some! The staff seem genuinely happy to be there and are helpful. Their sales are great but their everyday prices are good too!

Store is fine. Big isles. Problem comes at the self check out. The lady mico managing it, a short haired, blonde, baby boomer, was absolutely overwhelming. She has little tact, if any. When I went there she practically shouted at me because I was using a buggy and only buggies on one side and proceeded to let others go ahead of me. Which is ridiculous, because it should be one person after another. I have never had to wait and let others go before me at the grocery store before. She was very abrupt and had to be involved in every step. Telling me to scan things differently, touching my grocery items, moving things around. It was nuts. I have never been to a self check out where you do not do any of the checking out. I go to self check out because I get anxious in social situations, and she made me feel super anxious. I felt like I was going to vomit because I expected to be able to check out easily, and she was all over everything.
