Bumpy road from the Trans Canada Highway, so take extra time in account getting here. But once you’re here, enjoy the views and friendly staff! Great cell phone reception, though no wifi.

Great location, very clean and well kept. It sits on top of the cliff and overlooks the town and harbor as well as the ocean. Would come back anytime.

It is well worth the drive to this campground. The trails take you to the most beautiful views. Right from our trailer we watched an Iceberg for two days.

Island Cove RV Park
Boy, what a cool spot this was! Stunning is an entirely appropriate word for the setting. The town is small and isolated, but interesting to visit. We saw an iceberg (in mid-August!) from the nearby lookout point. We walked into town along the path maintained by the town and visited the Tea House - very nice food. We drove over to Shoe and saw the Welshman's cabin.The campground is maintained by the town, and the staff are very friendly. The bathrooms were very nice, and were very clean. The only downsides were the water pressure (low), and fluctuations in electrical voltage in the 120VAC service.

Absolutely stunning views! We stayed for 6 nights and would have loved to stay longer. The comfort station is updated, modern and clean. The cellphone reception is top notch, but no wifi. Doug is an amazing park manager. Would recommend staying at the park if you’re travelling the island.

Island Cove RV Park
We stayed at Island Cove Park and were VERY pleased. We had a great site with amazing views. We also had an issue with our trailer. Doug the owner went above and beyond getting us parts and someone to fix it. I went into the gas station and the people there knew we were the poor family with the propane issue. Everyone was so kind. The entire town came together and got us up and running again. We loved our stay and the little town is amazing.

Awesome views great sites, and greeted with lots of helpful info on trails and local amenities. Best sunset experience on my trip so far.

Island Cove RV Park
I would recommend this park to anyone that is visiting with and RV or even just to take a walk through the area. It is one of our favourite places to visit and our children love the area.

The landscape is unbelievable!The facilities are the cleanest I have seen. Best bargain around.After that road to get here, this is a breath of fresh air.
