Call It Spring
Not my first choice but after a terrible experience at Aldo I walked over to call it Spring, and I ended up buying a couple of pairs of shoes and boots.The quality of the merchandise was great and the price even greater.Customer service was wonderfull!Even though the store was full, and the representative had so many people's requests to cater to, she maintained her composure and did it all with a genuine smile.

nice shoes with great price. But really unhappy with the customer services. I came there three times, the sales representative either playing phone or in the personal call, haven't received any warm welcome yet and positive assistance, even with the better price, but still prefer come to aldo with better services.

Feb 21 2019 @ 2pmWent in, and the blond working didn’t even offer to help me or get me sizes. After patiently waiting for her to ask to help me I finally asked for her help. It was clear that was nothing but a huge inconvenience.I’ll never go back, she was pathetic.

Huge selection to choose from in this bright and cheerful store. Unfortunately they did not carry the puzzles we were looking for. However the friendly staff did direct us to somewhere that did.

Bought a pair of shoes, spilled some chemical on it at work after spraying it with the protective coating they sold me. I went back in to see if they could do anything about it. They cleaned it with their cleaning solution, and unbeknownst to them it actually blanched the shoe (and me, until I arrived home).I emailed customer service, and they sent me a message saying you will be contacted by a district manager within 24 to 48 hours". After 2 weeks of no contact and resubmitting contact info

I came here two days ago to get shoes for a job interview, and was helped by a fantastic employee named Angelo. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and offered help. He helped me find the right sizing, and we found the right pair. He even helped me with installing the comfort pads! I walked out the store with adorable shoes and a smile on my face, ready for the interview.Great prices, selection, and customer service. He needs to be recognized for his exemplary customer care and friendliness! Thank you, Angelo!

I want to thank Faith for THE most wonderful customer service I’ve ever had in my life. She went so above and beyond to solve a problem with another store, followed up multiple times with other store and kept me updated the whole time. She restored my ‘faith’ in Call it Spring.

I am absolutely thrilled about everything, from the price and quality of the shoes to the customer service!I walked in looking for some shoes to go with my grad dress, and both people working made sure I found what I was looking for! The girl went above and beyond, she even went into the back and pulled a bunch of different styles in my size so I could just try them on. 10/10, amazing customer service experience , and the shoes fit, feel, and look amazing for a fraction of what It would have cost me elsewhere! Highly reccomend for both regular shoes and fancy shoes!
