Tim Hortons is famous for their freshness but whenever i get my peanut butter cookies they were the worst i had till now because they kept them for whole month.

This place was a joke. It could use significant cleanup. There, I made a mobile order. They got the order, generated the receipts, put them on the counter and just did nothing. Until I went to them to check, they said “Iced Capp machine is broken” then gave me a refund. I made another order on the counter, I asked for an extra Espresso shot to my drink (costs $0.8), but the lady charged me a full espresso drink ($1.6). When I pointed it out, she was super annoyed, and gave me a refund. Anyway, these were not Tim’s standards...

This morning at 6:14 I arrived Tim and was ready to pick up my online order just a simple wrap. So I crossed the people who wait in line and went to the counter to wait for my food. Then there a lady come to say I should not wait here I should wait in the line outside! I just felt confused and said I have online order. She still seemed very angry with me. But I just want to get the food that I ordered 20 mins ago on my phone! !! So I went to find another guy and ask how can I get a refund because I am losing time and late for my job. But that man said he is making it for me ask me to wait for 10 sec. Eventually, I got my food but that lady who shout at me really made my bad day". In the end

awful service, my iced coffee was room temperature and tasted bad. they asked me three times what kind of iced coffee I wanted, but still gave me the wrong one. I ordered a donut too and even though I repeated myself twice to the cashier he gave me the wrong one, as he was chatting with a colleague instead of listening to what I said. the restaurant is really dirty and employees are not concerned by cleaning at all. I stayed little over 25 minutes, and even though there was no customers at one point, no one came to clean the eating area

Waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me once i was at the cash that they are only serving coffee and doughnuts; nothing else. I told the cashier that she should have at least told all the people in line as there were more than 15people waiting and she told me they had put a sign on the door; there was no sign! At least inform all your customers that you’re unable to serve all your products instead of completely wasting everyone’s time.

Disgusting, went in yo grab some donuts. Almost all donuts were fallen off their trays and everything was so dirty. Will definitely not come back here again.

Food is average to Tim Horton, but the people serving you wear GLOVES to prepare YOUR food AND DO EVERYTHING ELSE WITH THE SAME GLOVES (like moving the trash bin)!!!! SO what is the idea of wearing the gloves?!?!?! In the parking lot there was not lights !

Waited in line for a long time just for them to tell me they don’t serve food at all. No sign or any announcement. Waste of time and could have done a better service.
