This location was the most place I liked until I visited two days ago for my new phone. The associates changed completely, and I received the worst customer service at this time. My two years of previous upfront contract were done, and I went there asking for the due date to return the phone. When I got home, I received a message from the store associate regarding a new phone with store incentives. I was debating at that time whether I should get my phone from Apple instead of renting it because there's not much difference in the monthly price. The day I went to the store, at first, he didn't explain what colour was available or how much credit I had, even though I was a loyal customer of Rogers. He just dived into the price I will pay for a new contract. He showed me the highest price with a lot of data that I didn't need. And I had to explain and ask questions about everything I needed. It took me to spend 3hrs stay long on my birthday. They are Jay and Ryan. They were talking to each other while changing a plan from Rogers and didn't explain any detail regarding it the whole time. I had to buy my own phone case and film; I regret getting a new contract from the store.At last, he didn't explain and hand over the papers, and I had to ask him for the detailed receipt regarding the agreement. Then, he told me it would be in your email. He never said thank you" or provided me with any bag to carry

I received very high level professional service from Ryan E at the Wirelesswave store in Eaton Centre Toronto for my cellular and device plan. Ryan was very friendly. I definitely keep visiting with my family and friends in the future for any device purchase services. I recommend this store.

Amazing experience with Monor regarding home internet. Not only he was able to provide me with the most reasonable deal out there, on top of that he was able to complete all transactions over phone without me having to spend time there in person with all the lockdown protocols. I would highly recommend contacting this store before thinking about internet plans.
