Still the best tire and auto shop in Oakville, in my opinion. Friendly front desk staff, and thoroughly knowledgeable employees. I've had far too many wonderful experiences to list them all but the kicker is from this past summer when they diagnosed engine failure, fortunately covered under an Extended Warranty. Their reputation and experience working with the dealer made all the difference in making this process go smoothly when my car was towed to the dealership.

- brought in vehicle before several long winter road trips to the US to make sure it was in good condition- paid around $3K including axle shaft/stabilizer bar link and some routine maintenance like timing belt replacement (just hit 200K Miles)- after i picked up the car, check engine light on, oil leaking, and a whirring noise.-after bringing it in again Myles explained that the oil was not near any part they were working on and was ‘normal seepage’ and the check engine light was from the spark plugs that were old but I didn’t need have to do anything.They fixed the whirring noise- on the way to Pennsylvania, felt a knocking noise, but we were already on the road.-when we got back, the car died in the middle of the road. Got it towed to honda dealership. Grateful it didnt die on the highway.- honda technician said whoever installed the axle shaft etc did it wrong and forgot to install a retainer clip. The lart they installed fell out.- Myles maintains it was a part failure. I asked him to tow the car for free back and to fix it. They do and give me a loaner.- coincidentally all sounds, check engine light no longer coming on, and oil no longer leaks, even though Myles said the oil and check engine light had nothing to do with what they worked on.- never received updated invoice Myles said I would receive via e-mail.- while they are nice people and I appreciate the availability of loaner vehicles, I won’t be coming back.I don’t expect them to admit fault because of liability issues, but I literally came here to make sure I wouldnt have to deal with what actually happened.Plus .05 star for nice people & loaner cars.

On September 8, 2022 I booked my snow tire installation appointment for November 4, 2022 at 8 a.m. I arrived on November 4 at 8:00 a.m. and told the service advisor I required the car back by 1 p.m. She said they would call if it was done earlier. I arrived back at 1:05 p.m. to be told my Myles it had not been started and it's first come first served" during tire season. That is the first time I was told that. I came to this shop as one of Randolph's customers. I won't be back. While there

Good rates, friendly service, but scheduling could be improved. Multiple times brought car in first thing in the morning only to have to call at the end of the day to ask if it was ready.

Update!Recently I took my car in for alignment after I picked ked it up they said everything was okay but on the way driving car back home it was still mis-aligned and didn't feel any different than before. They also unhooked my dash cam now I'm not sure if they even did the work. I drove home it was late and weekend so I send them an email regarding it. I didn't get any reply. My car is still not aligned and they took my money.
